{"version":"1","content":"Terms of Use\r\nThese Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using the application offered for machine tools of NIDEC OKK CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) that is in conjunction with the application “OKK Net Monitor” provided by the Company to enhance function thereof (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) and the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) offered to provide advanced functions in conjunction with the Application. Your download, installation or use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the Terms.\r\n\r\nArticle 1 (Application)\r\nThe Company may set forth a variety of provisions, such as rules for the use of the Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Individual Provisions”) in addition to the Terms. The Individual Provisions shall form part of the Terms, regardless of their names. If there is any discrepancy between any provision of the Terms and that of the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.\r\n\r\nArticle 2 (Terms of Use)\r\n1. You must abstain from using the Application for any purposes other than the purposes of the Services.\r\n2. The Application may not operate normally depending on the use environment and the communication environment even with a terminal specified by the Company.  \r\n3. You must inform all machine users of the intention and obtain their consents before using the remote operation function.\r\n4. You must enable the locking function with a password of your terminal against loss, theft, or unauthorized use by any third person. \r\n5. You must remove the Application in advance when you transfer or dispose of the terminal device on which the Application is installed.\r\n6. You may not modify, perform reverse engineering, decompile, elucidate the source code, or perform any other similar actions.\r\n7. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer or redistribute the Application.\r\n8. You must develop a communication environment necessary for using the Services at your cost and responsibility.\r\n9. You are responsible for the communication costs incurred by downloading and installing as well as using the Services.\r\n\r\nArticle 3 (Management of User ID and Password)\r\n1. You shall manage your User ID and Password for the Services properly at your own responsibility\r\n2. You shall not give or lend the user ID and password to any third party under any circumstances. If both the user ID and password used upon login are consistent with the registered information, the Company will regard the log-in as one made by the user who had registered the ID. \r\n3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the User ID and Password by any third party, unless the Company has intentional or gross negligence.\r\n\r\nArticle 4 (Copyrights, etc.)\r\nIntellectual property rights such as copyrights and other rights related to the Application belong to the Company.\r\n\r\nArticle 5 (Suspension of Services, etc.)\r\nThe Company shall be able to stop or suspend the provision of the Services without notifying you in advance, if the Company decides that any of the following reasons apply:\r\n1. When the Company performs maintenance inspections or updates of the computer system/s related to the Services.\r\n2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Services due to inevitable uncontrollable events, such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, blackouts, or natural disasters. \r\n3. When computers or communication lines stop due to any accident or uncontrollable event.\r\n4. In addition, if the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the Services.\r\nThe Company shall not bear any responsibilities for any disadvantage or damage that you or third parties may suffer due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Services.\r\n\r\nArticle 6 (Termination of Services)\r\nThe Company shall be able to terminate the Services after notifying you in advance.\r\n\r\nArticle 7 (Disclaimer)\r\n1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from the use of the Application, suffered or sustained by you, except for the intentional or gross negligence of the Company.\r\n2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes which may arise and need to be settled between you and any third party at your cost and responsibility.\r\n\r\nArticle 8 (Handling of Personal Information, etc.)\r\nThe Company shall appropriately handle personal information and user information in accordance with the Company's privacy policy. \r\n\r\nArticle 9 (Handling of Data, etc.)\r\nThe Company may use collected data only in any form that does not identify you personally in order to improve the Services.\r\n\r\nArticle 10 (Prohibited Acts)\r\nYou may not conduct the following acts when using the Application and the Services.\r\n1. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights included in the Services, such as contents thereof.\r\n2. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the services of the Company.\r\n3. Acts to perform or attempt to perform unauthorized access.\r\n4. Acts to impersonate other users.\r\n5. Acts to attempt to access the services of the Company by a method other than the Application.\r\n6. Acts that are deemed inappropriate by the Company in addition to the aforementioned acts. \r\n\r\nArticle 11 (Change of Terms)\r\n1. The Company shall be able to change the Terms without obtaining your consent.\r\n2. Any change of the Terms shall be notified through the Application and the changed terms will apply.\r\n\r\nArticle 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)\r\nThe Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company shall have exclusive agreement jurisdiction.\r\n\r\nArticle 13 (Anti-Social Forces)\r\nIf the Company determines that you fall under the category of antisocial forces such as gangsters, etc., the use of the Services may be suspended without a notification in advance. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to you by the suspension of use.\r\n\r\nArticle 14 (Contact)\r\n1. If you need to contact us about the Services, please contact the call center of the Company.\r\n2.
